I’m still waiting on my order, and it’s really starting to feel like it’s taking forever to arrive.

I ordered from Sundae Muse and the item was pretty much just like it was described. The size and material details were actually helpful, and it looked really close to the photos. The color was a tiny bit different in person, probably just because of the lighting, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it — I just wish there’d been one more close-up photo...

The customer service team was friendly and did end up helping me with my question, so I appreciated that. The only downside was that it took longer than I expected to hear back. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it felt a bit slow. Personally, I’d call it decent, just not amazing.

I’m still kind of confused by my experience with Sundae Muse. I expected the order to be straightforward, but it ended up feeling more frustrating than it needed to be, and after waiting around for it, I was just left disappointed.

For the price, I thought it would feel more worth it, but it really didn’t for me. Maybe I missed something, but I don’t think I’d order again. Overall, it was just a bad experience, so I’d give it 1 star

The site does have a nice, cute look when you first land on it, but after clicking around a bit it started to feel scattered. Some pages were clean and easy enough, then others suddenly felt crowded and confusing, like nothing was really laid out in a way that helped me find what I needed.

I also got a bit of a talked-down-to feeling from some of the wording, which made the whole experience less pleasant. I wanted to like it more, but between the uneven layout, the colors, and the way it was presented, it just didn’t feel very smooth to browse. Not awful, just not really for me.

I ordered this dress because the color looked so bright and in the photos, but when it arrived it was way more dull in person. The fit was okay, so that part wasn’t a big issue, but I felt a little misled. I was expecting a much more vibrant color, and it just wasn’t THAT.

I’ve worn it a few times already and it still looks nice. It did fade a tiny bit after washing, but not too bad at all.

I’m giving 2 stars because the style itself was cute and I did want to like it, but the sizing really needs to be more accurate. Maybe it depends on the item, but mine definitely didn’t match what I thought I was ordering.

I thought the prices were reasonable, especially compared to some other sites I’ve ordered from in the past where everything felt overpriced. I didn’t get that overcharged feeling here, which I appreciated. Overall, no complaints, and I’d shop there again

I paid with my card and it went through quickly. The payment page was actually simple, which was a nice change since some checkouts somehow make paying feel like a chore. Didn’t have to redo anything, so overall it was smooth enough.

My order did have tracking, so I thought it would be fine. But then it just stayed on the same update for days. No real movement, no useful info. Delivery ended up taking longer than I expected, and I kept checking like something would change. It wasn’t terrible, but yeah... frustrating.

Got this from sundaemuse.com it feels well made. Like, the stitching is neat for the most part and I haven’t noticed any seams coming loose or anything. There was one tiny thread sticking out, but... not really a big deal. Overall I’m happy with it, seems solid
